The Managing Director, Iain Henderson, is a Design Engineer whose considerable expertise and vast industry experience combines with his strong drive for excellence in providing the vision and direction for this steadily developing company.

In difficult economic times, Mathews Industrial Products Pty Ltd has not only remained stable but seen significant growth and development with the acquisition in November 1992 of a Western Australian refractory manufacturing plant, Mathews Refractories Pty Ltd and in October 1994 the takeover of a protective clothing manufacturing company.

Using sound management skills and the latest innovative production techniques, Mathews Refractories Pty Ltd is now well entrenched in the marketplace producing ceramic products of consistent high quality for the home and overseas markets, whilst plans are already underway to expand and develop a full and comprehensive range of safety/protective clothing and equipment to optimize the new opportunities in the Health and Safety field.
